Energy Efficiency Surveys
We offer personalised surveys for homes and businesses within the Greater London area (and further afield by special agreement). Our surveys are aimed at those who want to save on their heating but don’t have the knowledge to plan the project themselves.
We’ll visit you to discuss your requirements, inspect the property and take thermal photos of each room. We’ll then send you a report with the survey results and plain-English recommendations on the most effective ways to reduce your bills. This could be insulating certain rooms, modifications to the heating system, or simply draughtproofing your doors and windows. We’ll then be available for any follow-up questions, whether you undertake a DIY project or employ builders to do the work for you.
This service is priced depending on location and size of property but averages around £500 for a typical family home. We can also offer bespoke services such as drawings and specifications for building work should you require this. Please use the form below to contact us for further details.
